Love It or List It

Home Refresh

Week Two

Week Two- Time to lighten things up! Brighter colors can lighten a mood and are more appealing to buyers if you decide to list. This week we delve into Spring 2021 top paint colors and how to choose the right tones for your home.

When you are choosing a paint color, it needs to coordinate with your existing fixtures. (For example your flooring or countertops.) If you hold a white piece of printer paper up against the counter or floor, it will help you to see if it has warm or cool undertones. Warm undertones might be yellow, orange, or red. Cool undertones are usually blue, purple, or greens.

A white, beige, grey, or other light neutral color paint will instantly make the home feel more bright and open.
